Small Business Resource Fair – Government Edition – Wed 9/23 4pm

The Small Business Resource Fair – Government Edition is hosted by the Department of Innovation & Performance, the Mayor’s office, and the Urban Redevelopment Authority. This complimentary event is ideal for small business owners such as restaurateurs, retail owners, contractors, etc.

The purpose is to offer small business owners in-person access to representatives from all relevant departments within City services (zoning, permits, ADA compliance, etc.) in order to have their questions answered ― all in one location. ​

Launch of Pittsburgh Roadmap For Inclusive Innovation – Tue 9/8 3:30pm, CLP East Liberty

The City of Pittsburgh Department of Innovation and Performance will launch the “Pittsburgh Roadmap for Inclusive Innovation” on Tuesday, September 8.

The Roadmap for Inclusive Innovation has been a year-plus long engagement with the community and is based on extensive research and analysis of the City as well as best practices from around the world. It is a strategic plan aimed to improve the quality of life for all residents. The Roadmap encompasses over 100 projects that will support equitable access to technology, City resources, and information.
