In about the year 1978 Allman Cadillac closed, leaving their building located at the corner of Boulevard of the Allies and Craft Place empty. The address of this building is now 3224 Boulevard of the Allies. Since the time that the dealership closed, this building has passed through two owners and fallen into disrepair, becoming an eyesore for the community.
This building is now privately owned by the same holding company that renovated the Hyacinth church, Craft Place Properties. This building has been open to the street for years and needs to be redeveloped.
