At the foot of Ophelia Street there is a small strip of land owned by Duquesne Light. Although they carefully maintain the upper section of their property, this lower section is mostly left to become an overgrown eyesore. Twice in the last five years community groups have succeeded in having Duquesne Light clear this lower section of land. If at all possible it would be the goal of the community for the crew who maintains the upper section of this property to also maintain the lower section of their property as part of their standard maintenance schedule.
