One aspect of the Rock Alley project is the replacement of the fence along Lawn Street protecting motorists from driving off the steepest part of the slope. This fence runs from a mailbox across from the end of a public playground, down to the intersection of Ophelia Street.
In this image, one can see that several sections of this fence are missing entirely and other sections of the fence are damaged.
