Pittsburgh City Planning to Hold Four Bike Plan Open Houses in July 
 
The Pittsburgh Department of City Planning is hosting four, city-wide Bike Plan Open Houses in July to kick- off their public process. There will be opportunities to learn about the internal city process, funding and project selection as well as places where they will look for feedback with multiple aspects of the plan.

The property owners of 3347 Forbes Avenue will present their proposed renovations to the building's facade at the Planning Commission meeting this week, Tuesday, 7/12, at 2 PM. The building is next to UCSUR and across the street from McGee Womens Hospital.

Public Mtg About Bigleow Blvd Bike Lane – Wed 6/1 6pm – Oakland Career Ctr

This project will complete a missing link in the existing Bigelow Blvd bike lanes connecting Fifth Ave and Forbes Ave and providing a safe bicycle route throughout the neighborhood. 
 
The Department of City Planning will host a meeting to discuss and request input on this project. Your thoughts are important to the project's success! 
 
It will be held at the Oakland Career Center, 294 Semple Street at 6pm
